7 Fitness Youtubers To Watch For Quick At Home Workouts

Getting fit doesn’t have to be in blocked off hours of the day anymore and it definitely can be done at home without a home gym. Just switch your TV or phone over to Youtube and workout with some great Youtubers. Whether you have 5, 10, or 15 minutes you can still get in a workout. You can add up your workouts if you have more time or spread some out during the day when you have time to spare. So, let’s talk about seven fitness Youtubers to watch for quick workouts you can do at home.

Which fitness Youtubers to watch for quick at home workouts

We all have our own personal preferences when it comes to working out and our own time constraints as well, but that shouldn’t stop us from getting our workouts in. So here are seven amazing Youtubers that you can watch for quick and effective workouts and I am sure you will find one you like. Let’s get to it.

Cassey Ho

Cassey Ho is actually one of my first ever fitness Youtubers that I watched. She is the creator of Blogilates and her own fitness apparel and gear line called PopFlex Active. With over 5 million subscribers on her Youtube channel she focuses on at home pilates workouts and all of the gear that you may need for pilates she has on her PopFlex store in some amazing designs as well.

I actually love how Cassey takes things into consideration like body positivity instead of saying “Hey you have to lose weight to be you know beautiful or things like that” instead she really pushes loving yourself as you are and working out to be stronger for yourself.

So far she is seen as the number one female fitness Youtuber and you might be able to see why. It’s not just the workouts that make her such a great Youtuber, but the fact that she shows you real life problems that she has faced and brought mental health issues, like body dysmorphia, to the front line. She even goes into the fact that when she started Blogilates she was fat shamed and when she started to lose weight she was skinny shamed and so on.

If you want to see her workout programs and calendars then I suggest to head over to her website Blogilates, or if you just want to look at workouts to find a quick one to do or to find out some great fitness tips then head over to her Youtube channel. Usually her workouts are 10 to 30 minutes long and have a great variety of beginner, intermediate, or advanced, low impact ones as well as weightless or weighted workouts. Basically, the whole menu of pilates.

Oh! I almost forgot! She even has great recipes for different healthy meals on her website and Youtube as well. In case you would like to give it a try.

Chloe Ting

You probably have heard of Chloe Ting by now, but if you haven’t let me give you a quick run down. Chloe started out by having a fashion blog (I used to follow her since then, how crazy!) and she really didn’t like how fashion blogs work and she wanted to do more, so she started creating workout videos. There are now 18 million subscribers to her Youtube channel! That’s insane and I love it.

Chloe’s workouts usually are 10 to 15 minutes long and her programs have you doing about 3 to 5 workouts per day. Which if you wanted to break that up in different sections of the day you can and it is possible to get done. It is a lot easier to make time for a 10 minute workout in the morning or afternoon than it would be for an hour long workout.

Some people may not like her music choices, but the layout of her videos with the timer and the high impact/low impact split section is amazing. She shows you how you can modify the exercise instead of just telling you so that you can see the correct form and understand it easier than just hearing it.

Now if you are worried that Chloe’s programs don’t work then check out the many transformation videos from her program all over Youtube and she even watches them and shares them on her own channel! Just like Cassey Ho she has recipes on her website and Youtube channel so you can try something new that might be a healthier option for you.

Emi Wong

In 2017 Emi Wong uploaded her first video on Youtube and since then she has gained over 3.5 million subscribers to her channel alone. Although she doesn’t only upload workout videos, she still has some great 10-20 minute workouts. You can even head over to her website to see her programs. If you want to go longer she also has some 30 minute workouts and a few hour long workouts.

Now here is my next question; Do you like Kpop? If the answer is yes, then you will be super happy to find out that she has workouts to songs from BTS, Blackpink, Twice, and EXO. So if you love Kpop and need extra motivation to workout then she has you covered.

Holly Dolke

90% of Holly Dolke’s YouTube is full of workouts varying from 6 to 20 minutes and the other 10% is tips about fitness and how to lose weight. The good thing about her YouTube is that she has everything in one place and instead of any form of lifestyle videos as well it’s just all about fitness.

If you are looking for her workout programs she has them in different playlists, but it is a little bit harder to find exactly what you’re supposed to do each day except that there are tags in each one saying day one day too and so on. I did try to find a website for her workout programs like Chloe Ting and Cassey Ho have, but it seemed way too confusing to post for you, so I am going to leave it out.

Pamela Reif

If you don’t like people doing intro’s to their videos or just don’t like people talking during the workout then Pamela Reif’s Youtube channel is for you and her 6 million subscribers. She doesn’t talk in most of her workout videos and gets straight to the workout itself. She has a lot of 5 to 15 minute videos that are either, stretching, pilates, or dance workouts. Which are really cool and definitely burn calories.

The only thing you really need to be aware of is that because she doesn’t talk in the majority of her videos she isn’t going to tell you what is coming next. You have to pay attention and really watch her. Which may also be a disadvantage to those who don’t know how to do certain movements correctly. She does put the names of each exercise you are doing next to the timer, but it doesn’t show you which workout is coming next either. On the flipside she does have some great music to listen to.

Her Youtube channel does have the different types of workouts organized into different playlists for you, but no workout program set up through it. If you want to follow her workout programs you would have to download her app called Pam App (Android/iPhone) which also has recipes and a meal planner.

Maddie Lymburner

Maddie has two different channels one for fitness (MadFit) and one for food and lifestyle (Maddie Lymburner). Her fitness Youtube channel has over 5.5 million subscribers and they are definitely there to get in a killer workout at home.

The best part about Maddie is that she truly knows what a beginner workout should be and explains things as she does them. And includes more short breaks into her workouts because she knows when you get started it isn’t easy to keep up with all of these back-to-back workouts others do.

Do you live in an apartment? You will love Maddie. She has over 80 apartment friendly workout videos and they vary from 10 to 30 minutes long.

Do you have bad knees? Guess what, she even has knee friendly and low impact workouts for you. I am so happy that she does because even I have problems with my knees and some people have workouts that are just really painful for your knees in general.

I also can’t forget that she has some amazing song workout challenges, dance workouts, and stretching/yoga videos. And if you want some recipes then head over to her Maddie Lymburner channel or her website which has some eCookbooks as well.

Lilly Sabri

Lilly Sabri has been a Chartered Physiotherapist since 2010, an APPI Pilates instructor, and is the founder of Lean With Lilly. Her Youtube channel has over 2 million subscribers and a ton of workout and fitness tip videos. Her videos vary from 5 minute workouts to hour long workouts, but most are around 10 to 15 minutes.

When it comes to workout programs she has different playlists on her Youtube channel by days of the program, i.e. “14 Day Self Care Guide | 9” would mean the program: 14 Day Self Care Guide and then the day: 9. On her website she has the free workout programs set up as guides for the Youtube videos, but you could also buy her Lean Transformation Guides for different programs or a 1-on-1 personal program. You could also buy resistance bands from her to do some of the more advanced workout movements.

Now just like some of the other Fitness Youtubers she does explain the movements when you are working out and has modification videos for lower impact options. Though she does have a timer, she doesn’t have anything that lets you know what is coming next. To counter this during the 5 second or so break in between workouts she starts to explain the exercise you are going to do, but she doesn’t label the exercises either.

There you have it, 7 fitness Youtubers to watch for quick workouts that you can do at home. And I am going to add all of their links again below so that you have all of them in one place. I hope you enjoyed this post, if you want me to do another post with different Youtubers let me know in the comments!
